Where are all the black people? You tell me.
They might be in the conference and Zoom rooms with you. Showing up but not being seen. Speaking but not being heard. Fading to black. Literally. And if they aren’t in those rooms, they should be.

WAATBP was created to amplify black voices in the industry—pushing back against the ad world’s diversity deficit. As a partner of the conference, DiGo wanted to let attendees know DiGo sees them.
